Dana and Family,
I can hardly express my sorrow at the loss of a good freind. Steve often would say how he would watch me and hope to follow after my example. Many times he did not know I would also be watching him. Corey and I would love to help in any and every way.

My deepest sympathy to Dana and family.
Steve looked out for his friends, and helped me through some difficult circumstances. He brought a light and a presence with him that was fun to be around. I hope that you too may find strength in your fond memories of him to help you through difficult times.
I regret being unable to attend in person. I will miss him.

To Dana and the rest of Steve’s family:
We are very sad to hear of Steve’s passing but know he is in better place. Several years ago, Steve assisted us with our computer system at home. He was very knowledgeable, a kind person and had a great sense of humor. We will miss him.

Dana & family,
I was stunned to hear of Steve’s death. I had no idea. I am so very sorry for your loss!!
I always remember Steve as a guy who liked to prove everyone wrong. If he wan’t expected to do well, he’d work even harder. Playing trumpet in high school was a great example.
I hope that you all will somehow come to know true peace. God bless you and strengthen you all!!
Joel Bynum says
My sincerest condolences to the Hindman family. Steve and I were classmates in high school and friends through orchestra and band. I have always remembered Steve as a kind and jovial person who was quick with a smile and constantly seeking to make sure those around him were having a good time. To me he always appeared to leave a powerfully positive impression on everyone with whom he interacted…his personality not being all that different from his trumpet playing. He is one of a small cadre of folks I had hoped to reconnect with at the reunion this Fall. He will be sorely missed.
With a heavy heart,
Joel Bynum
